Born from a mother's pursuit of true wellness.
Saltix began with our mom. As a nurse, she spent years caring for others and saw firsthand how deeply everyday choices — especially the food on our tables — shape our health. She dreamed of a home where every ingredient did more than just season a meal; it nourished the people she loved.
That dream led her — and our whole family — on a search for a salt that was truly pure: unrefined, mineral‑rich, and untouched by the industrial processing hiding in most kitchens. When she couldn't find one worthy of our own family, we set out to bring it to the world ourselves.
Today, we work directly with small harvesting families in France and Baja California who care for the sea the way our mom cared for her patients — with patience, respect, and love. Every bag is inspected by hand, and every customer becomes part of our extended family.
